Jerry did a wonderful job throughout the entire real estate process. He recommended an offer price well below what I thought the seller would accept. To my surprise, the seller did accept of the offer. Jerry really knows the market. He also helped me navigate through the tough inspection process and was able to get the concessions I asked for. He has been very good in following up for items after closing and making sure everything was going well in the new property.  I appreciate that.
