Mr. Baker performed above and beyond our expectations of a real estate agent.  His knowledge of the industry is far beyond any other real estate agent we have worked with.  I never worked with anyone of his caliber, integrity and honesty.  He followed the transaction through to the end.  This included property acquisition, re-zoning, financing, working with the planning department, and even helping us out with C-DOT compliance.  Even though the transaction is complete, Jerry continues to give us updates and advice as to what to look out for and how to proceed with our project.  We look forward to working with Jerry in the future for all of our real estate transactions and we highly recommend him for any real estate needs, weather it be commercial or residential.
